Using this site
The site describes Radio Bench and hosts its downloads, documentation, and legal notices. Its content is provided for information, as-is, and may change at any time. Do not interfere with the operation of the site or its download and licensing services.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle is the seller of record for your order: checkout, payment, taxes, and receipts are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms. Prices are shown in USD, with any taxes shown at checkout.
The software
Your use of Radio Bench itself — the licence grant, trials, activation, device limits, and restrictions — is governed by the EULA, which you accept before installation or use.
Refunds
Refunds are handled under the refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits the mandatory consumer protections of your jurisdiction, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Intellectual property
The Radio Bench name, this site, and its content belong to DOFTI PTY LTD. Third-party names and projects mentioned here — such as Hamlib and the hardware we support — belong to their respective owners.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided without warranty, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on them. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
