Full refunds within 14 days of purchase.
If Radio Bench isn't working out, tell us within 14 days of purchase and you'll get a full refund. Try the free trial first if you want to be sure before paying.
How to ask
Use the contact page with the order number from your receipt. Purchases are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record, and refunds are sent back to the original payment method where possible.
Chargebacks and platform handling
Paddle, as merchant of record, may also handle chargebacks and payment disputes under its own buyer terms. Contact us first so we can solve the issue directly.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits the mandatory consumer protections of your own jurisdiction — including remedies that apply regardless of any refund window.
