The policy
If Radio Bench isn't working out, tell us within 14 days of purchase and you'll get a full refund. Try the free trial first if you want to be sure before paying.
How to ask
Use the contact page with your order number. Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, and refunds are sent back to the original payment method where possible.
Chargebacks and platform handling
Lemon Squeezy may also handle chargeback-risk situations under its own platform rules. Contact us first so we can solve the issue directly.
Your statutory rights
Nothing here limits the mandatory consumer protections of your own jurisdiction — including remedies that apply regardless of any refund window.
